Introduced in 1973, the Tom Sawyer Raft Ride offered a sedate trip around the waterways on South Park. The rafts followed a pre-determined course, guided by an underwater cable.

The ride was removed at the end of the 1992 season, to aid construction of the Big One along with the Space Tower.
