Earlier today, the park has announced that is planning to build a four-storey lodge-style hotel at the southern end of the site. Plans are expected to go before Blackpool Council in June with a decision due to be made within eight weeks.
Sarah-Dornford-May, spokesperson for the park said “The hotel will be built on our south car park and will have 119 family-sized bedrooms. We are looking to start construction early next year and it could open early in 2003“.
