YouTube Pick – Britain’s Favourite View (2007)

In 2007, ITV launched a competition called ‘Britain’s Favourite View’, in which 16 celebrities chose their favourite view and advocated for it, before it was put to a viewer vote.

David Dickinson chose Blackpool seafront and championed various Blackpool locations, including the Pleasure Beach. You can see that part of his pitch in this video from the ThemeParkArchives channel.
