Feast your eyes on the jewel in the Pleasure Beach's crown. The newest arrival at Blackpool's premier attraction really brings on the A real white- knuckle experience for riders, it lifts the giant glittering gondolas a whopping 100ft above the ground before spinning them through the air in three different directions at speeds of over 60mph.
Set in the shadow of Europe's tallest, fastest rollercoaster the Pepsi Max Big One, Bling creates a colourful and spectacular rider and ride-watcher experience as 30 riders are swung into the air on six arms of five seats which all spin independently.
Manufactured by German company Zierer, Bling was been created by the Pleasure Beach's own engineers under the leadership of Pleasure Beach director David Rothwell and is the only static ride of its kind in the world.
But Bling is only one of the many highlights at the Pleasure Beach. In addition to various takes on the rollercoaster theme, including The Big One, the Grand National, the Revolution and the classic Wild Mouse, there are treats like the daunting Valhalla, tobogganing fun on Avalanche and a true white-knuckle experience in the Spin Doctor. Even if you're not into the scary stuff, there's plenty of family fun to be had with traditional favourites like the carousel, dodgems, log flume, Ghost Train.
Plus, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you can stay out of the rain and still have fun in Ripley's Believe it or not, the Bowladrome, ice skating and the terrifying Pasaje del Terror.
