Thrill rides can sometimes be extremely complicated with computers and hundreds of sensors, the Giant Slide however, was a much more low-tech device. Up to nine riders, seated on mats raced each other down the fiberglass slide, consisting of five ‘dips’.

The park has been home to a number to a number of other slides over the years, including those in the Fun House, the Jack & Jill Slide and the Bowl Slide.
