Site Update – August 2026 Roundup

Summer 2026 is drawing to a close and what a summer it has been, the hottest on record. It appears to have been a busy summer with plenty of crowded days on the park.

If you haven’t seen both of this year’s ice shows, I implore you to get see them in their final week if you can  – Hot Ice XC and Alice Frozen in a Wonderland of Dreams in the Arena are perhaps the best entertainment offering the park has had for many years. The latter has replaced the Hot Ice matinee and has seen large audiences each time we have visited.

On a personal note, we’re on the final countdown waiting for our baby to arrive – those late night feeds may prove to be the perfect time to add more content to the site … or not! Let’s see!
