Valhalla, the new for 2000 ride opened for a short time this afternoon for previews. The attraction is said to be largely complete with some of the special effects being tweaked ahead of the official debut. The ride operated for a short time before closing.
The ride will formally launch next month on 14 June, with an as yet unknown celebrity performing the ribbon cutting on this epic, almost decade long project.
It is promised to be the UK’s largest private millennium investment and the teaser campaign has taken jovial aim at the languishing Millennium Dome (even down to jokes on fish & chip boxes!) … What’s the difference between the Millennium Dome and Valhalla ? ….
