The Beaver Creek area of the park was host to Blackpool’s eighth annual Cartoon Character Convention earlier today. Proceedings began at The Star at noon, the characters took an open top bus ride around town before returning to the Pleasure Beach for fun, games and meet & greets.
Taking part were park stalwarts Bradley & Bella Beaver who among others, were joined by Pizza Hut’s Pizza Pooch and Sharky Shark from the Sea Life Centre.
The festival is expected to return in 2002.
