Arkive – Captains Steak House Marketing (1984)

The transformation of the Casino into the ‘Wonderful World’ at the end of the 1970s saw much of the building transformed into an indoor entertainment centre.

Restaurant Savarin was refreshed into the ‘Captains Steak House’, a steak restaurant decorated in the style of an ocean liner. The space would later be transformed into the ‘Fish Inn’ and after a number of other name changes, is today W. G. Beans Coffee.
