05/02/2001 – Valhalla wins ‘Innovation of the Year’ award

Valhalla has won this year’s ‘Innovation of the Year’ award at the third annual Blackpool Tourism Awards. The new dark ride, launched in June as the country’s single largest privately funded Millennium investment.

Small changes are expected ahead of the 2001 season to ensure more reliable operation and to keep visitors guessing what may be lurking around the next corner.
