The introduction of Nickelodeon Land in 2011 saw a number of new rides come to the park, including Diego’s Rainforest Rescue. It stands proud as one of the tallest rides in Nickelodeon Land and invites guests to take to the skies with Diego in a spinning (optional!) hot air balloon.

The park worked extensively with Zamperla when introducing new rides for Nickelodeon Land. The Italian company built Avatar Airbender, Bikini Bottom Bus Tour, Diego's Rainforest Rescue, Fairy World Taxi Spin and Wonder Pets Big Circus Bounce.
