After the retirement of the Black Hole, the distinct white dome building was reused as a 4D Cinema. The attraction offered two films: Haunted House and PandaVision, each featuring water sprays, air blasts, vibrating seats and leg ticklers.

Although many of the park's attractions rely on you experiencing the thrill of high speeds and the wind in your hair, the park has offered a number of simulator experiences throughout the years including the 4D Cinema, Cinema USA and the Astroliner.
When launching the new ride, Amanda Thompson, said: “The 4D Cinema is the first of its kind in Britain with so many special effects and we are delighted to be able to bring the thrills and excitement of this cinema experience to our visitors. Pleasure Beach is renowned for its innovative rides and attractions and this is yet another first to add to our repertoire”.
