An epic marathon took place earlier on Valhalla, as fundraisers raised money for The Schnorbitz Trust, named for the canine star of Mystique. Funds are being raised for a new minibus. Participants endured 10 back to back journeys on the ride, each raising a minimum of £50.

Speaking about the Schnorbitz Trust, Richard De Vere said, “As a child I was bullied at school. I hate bullies and it is a big problem. But magic can help. Successfully doing a trick is something you feel proud of. It gives you that little bit of self esteem and respect.

Richard and Schnorbitz are appearing in Mystique in the Horseshoe until November.
