With the introduction of Nickelodeon Land in 2011, Backyardigans Pirate Treasure was one of the existing rides that was reimagined.

Originally introduced for the 1999 season as Bradley Beaver’s Pirate Ship Ride, the park once again worked with Mack Rides of Germany to introduce a new attraction.

The ride sits in the shadow of the former Space Invader building and features sixteen cars themed as pirate ships that navigate a circular, undulating track.

As part of the transformation of Beaver Creek into Nickelodeon Land, the park retained several rides. Roller Coaster became Nickelodeon Streak, Zipper Dipper was transformed into Blue Flyer, Fruit Shoot became the Krusty Krab Order Up! and Bradley Beaver's Pirate Ship Ride became Backyardigans Pirate Treasure and the Chewits Log Chute became Rugrats Lost River.
